Thank you for choosing to support the College Ethics Symposium (CES). For 47 years, the CES has helped thousands of young professional make ethical decision making a priority. The longevity of the program is a testament to the value the program brings to college students.
Every year, countless volunteers play an important role in putting on the symposium. People volunteer in many ways:
- Work on the CES Planning Team OR facilitate small group case study sessions.
- Host students and their faculty advisor in their homes (a couple of students or a full team of 5).
- Provide a Thursday night meal for a particular college.
- Or, work behind the scenes at the hosting venue.
The number of volunteers dictates how many students we are able to invite.
While volunteer support has been strong, there are still expenses that are incurred. Most notably, the cost of feeding the students and faculty during the event. Depending of participation levels, it costs roughly around $4,000 to $5,000 annually to feed the attendees.
We thank you for your willingness to help offset this expense. The College Ethics Symposium is recognized as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code Section 170. Please use our EIN 45-2402360.
